This document applies to all services provided by HostOye, including Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, and Domain Registration. Should you have any inquiries or uncertainties, please feel free to reach out to us at support@hostoye.com.

Violation of these Terms of Service will forfeit your rights under the refund policy.

Usage of HostOye services for transmitting any material (via upload, email, posting, or any other means) that poses a threat to harm individuals is strictly prohibited. Creation of deceptive websites, including but not limited to phishing sites, malicious sites, carding sites, and illegal drug stores, is strictly prohibited. Deliberate distribution of software intended to harass, damage data, and/or computer systems is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of the offending account. Any website found to contain pornography or link to pornography will be promptly suspended without prior notice. DDoS attacks or hacking activities are strictly prohibited. It is advisable to regularly backup your data as we cannot be held responsible for any data loss. Shared Hosting Content Strictly Prohibited

Engagement in criminal or fraudulent activities such as pornographic content, phishing, hacking, etc., is strictly prohibited. Hosting of audio/video files is allowed, but hosting video sharing sites like Phpmotion or Mediashare is not permitted on shared hosting; however, they can be hosted on VPS or Dedicated servers. Running game servers is prohibited. Use of proxy scripts, IRC scripts/bots, brute force scripts, mail spam scripts, and mirror scripts is strictly prohibited. If your website is related to file downloading for visitors or selling ebooks/audiobooks, PDFs, etc., these files cannot be hosted on a shared server. 

Usage of 25% or more of the shared server resources for more than 90 seconds will result in the suspension of your account.
